Dollerama scammed me

I went to buy 5 items that were priced $4 and when I checked my receipt they were listed 4.75 I said to manager you overcharged me she says prices change in there every 10 minutes do I want my items out not?
what kind of BULLSHIT IS THIS?

What they did is illegal. If the price tag on shelf says $4 then that is the price you should be charged. You should have taken the $4 price tag from the shelf to show the manager and demand a refund of the overcharge.

Total bullshit! In all my years of working retail , I have never heard of "floating prices" throughout day.

You should report them to some consumer advocate/retail price watch

I did exactly that I said I want my 3$ back of overcharge they said if you dont want the items then we will put it back she said price here changes every 10 minutes im disgusted by this way of doing business .......now that I think of it ive never checked my dollar store bills I dont know how long there doing this scam

And here she spelled 'there' correctly, but it is wrong. It's not 'there' or 'their' (a foreign word for you I am sure). It is 'they're'.

You should get your (not 'you're') money back from any educational institute you claim to have attended.

Even Loblaw's has a lot of items marked with one price and another is charged at check out. By law if an item is not marked properly they have to give it to you free or $10 off if the item is more than $10. I do not bother. I am sure with a few cents here and there these retailers are making a tidy sum.
