I can't talk to you about Gatineau but:

For spas, if you go to CMJ and Alpha, it's part of the routine, so all providers will SF2 (or almost all of them).
If you go at Vibe, it will depend on the provider - She may join if she finds you cute...
If you go at AT/PS, most won't, by the time they get in the room, there's no more hot water and you will be very clean
ALO, never had a SF2.

If you're looking for an Indy MA, I'm under the impression that most of them will do, if you ask.
If you're looking for a SP, you need to ask but most won't.

But in my latest experience, Evelynn Lynn ( @EvelynnOttawa), she did.
