Germany to 'quickly' send Ukraine air defense systems – DW – 10/10/2022
Germany is set to deliver the first of four high-tech air defense systems within "days." The rush to move up the delivery comes after heavy Russian missile strikes hit major Ukrainian cities including Kyiv.

Precisely. He killed less than 100 unfortunate civilians at the cost of a 1/2 billion $$$ worth of missiles today. It served only to demonstrate to the increasingly angry Russian hardliner media that he's "doing something". There's no plan and soon he will even run out of missiles.

I'm actually getting a little worried about the conflict. Putin is fully in bunker mentality and knows he can't win so simply wants to burn down Ukraine. Problem is he doesn't have enough munitions to get the job done so he might think nukes are appropriate. Especially if the rumours about him dying are true, he may simply try to bring everyone else down with him.

Of course, Terb's Surrendermand will insist there's still time for Ukraine to surrender.
