I have WAY more then 10K in my bank, I report my income. I have my own house, car, trailer, boat, and other toys. I have zero debt and very high credit rating I’m a sex worker.

I don’t know bankers, real estate agents or anything else. I did it all legit and regular like everyone else.

When you have over 10k in the bank and you record yourself as unemployed- they will look into that. When you put over 10K in one transaction, they will report it because by law, they have too.

This is Canada. This is not happening here and there is nothing that says it will in the future.
