I too am inclined to place the floor price at $80 but anything
can happen in the near term. In all likelihood oil will be trading
at prices far above where Biden would want to see near the end
of 2024. Russian oil production is going to drop big time in 2023
irrespective of where the Ukraine war is going and decline would continue
into the near future while Saudi will have to struggle to raise production
limit. This could take the floor price for oil well above $100.

The GOP was working with the oil industry to enact laws to stop people from protesting for environmental concerns.
The oil & gas industry wants to end the freedom to protest.
The GOP supports taking those rights away as well.
