A bot farm would be pushing a discussion of how the Ukrainians are already committing atrocities, because they are Nazis.
This is an acknowledgement that maintaining discipline in an army is hard and is even harder when they have what they feel is righteous cause for revenge.

Maybe it is clear for you, but not for "any Russian" as I am Russian and I have very different point of view. What are exactly Ukraine doing to Donbas people? You mean, when a military group with a help from a foreign country takes control over a part of your country, you should just let it go? Western world was too selfish and did not intervene when Russia annexed Crimea and semi-annexed Donbas in 2014.
