Canadian anti-jewish terrorist supporters holding rallys supporting and promoting and advocating terrorism against Jews

The terrorist killed in an Israeli security forces raid in Nablus on Tuesday was praised by Canadian pro-Palestinian activists during a series of protests across Canada in support of "martyrs" on Wednesday.

"Ibrahim al-Nabulsi, we will carry on your legacy," chanted activists in Toronto, according to a video recorded by Eye on Palestine.

Al-Nabulsi was responsible for a string of terrorist attacks, including a shooting attack on Joseph's Tomb that injured two worshippers and an IDF commander.

"To the detriment of all Canadians, cynical anti-Israel activists are once again importing a foreign conflict in Canada."

CIJA President and CEO Shimon Koffler Fogel
The activists, affiliated with the group Greater Toronto Area Palestine Movement (GPM), also chanted "long live the martyrs" in Arabic.

The rally was called by the activists "Honor our Martyrs," and was organized for "action and prayer for the martyrs of the recent attacks on Gaza," referring to the three-day Operation Breaking Dawn.

Rallies across Canada
In Montreal, the Palestinian Youth Movement projected a video with the title card "Globalize the Intifada." The video showed a Kaffiyeh-clad Mario, from the Nintendo video game series, jumping on an IDF Goomba.

In Ottawa, marchers organized by the Association of Palestinian Arab Canadians and Students for Justice in Palestine Carlton chanted "There is only one solution, Intifada revolution" and "from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free."

The Ottawa protest, "Ottawa stands with Gaza," was also organized to the backdrop of the recent military escalation between Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

Further rallies were planned in Canada over the weekend. Under the banner "glory to our martyrs," rallies are set to be held on Thursday in Vancouver and Saturday in Toronto. On Friday there will be a rally in London Ontario.

"Zionist aggression has escalated as aerial bombardment killed 44 Palestinians across Gaza and countless were injured," wrote PYM. "In Nablus, continued resistance to ongoing Zionist raids of the city resulted in over 40 Palestinians having been wounded and the martyrdoms of resistance fighters Ibrahim al-Nabulsi and Islam Sabouh."

Praising a terrorist
Aliya Hasan, one of the organizers of the event in Toronto, shared on Tuesday a clip of al-Nablusi's mother celebrating the martyrdom of her son.

"The mother of 'The Lion of Nablus,' Ibrahim Nabulsi promises 'a hundred Ibrahims will resume his path to freedom after his martyrdom," Hasan wrote. "Glory to our martyrs! Long live the resistance! Long live Falastin!"

The Samidoun Palestinian Prisoners Solidarity Network, involved with organizing many of the rallies in Canada, also published praise of al-Nabulsi in an Instagram post.

The NGO wrote that al-Nabulsi's "courage and resistance, and insistence on the path of struggle, has become symbolic of the Palestinian people and their resistance as a whole -- resonates not only as a personal declaration of courage and commitment but also as a political message."

Samidoun is alleged by the Israeli government to be a front group of the terrorist organization Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

"Ibrahim al-Nabulsi, we will carry on your legacy."

Concern from Canadian Jews
The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs met with Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino on Thursday to discuss the marginalization of the Canadian Jewish community through anti-Israel conduct.

"To the detriment of all Canadians, cynical anti-Israel activists are once again importing a foreign conflict in Canada," said CIJA President and CEO Shimon Koffler Fogel. "We will always call out and condemn this abhorrent behavior which has no place in Canadian communities, and will alert law enforcement whenever necessary."

Yes, there were rallies across Canada against Israeli terrorism on Palestinians.
Claiming the victims of a colonial occupation that has erased the state of Palestine and made millions stateless refugees are 'terrorists' is just more colonial nonsense.
Because if you used the term honestly, you'd have to admit that Israel commits way more terrorism.

Israel: normalising terror, one dawn at a time
Israel is engaging in straight-up terrorism – at least according to, you know, the Cambridge Dictionary definition.

Are you still pushing antisemitic tropes in defence of apartheid?
You really have the dumbest description of antisemitism.

You are the one excusing protests against random Jews over a dislike of Israel, no difference than targeting random Muslims over 9/11 or ISIS. Both are disgusting.

Anti-Jewish and terror supporting student group at Ohio State University to hold vigil honoring slain terrorist

(August 12, 2022 / JNS) The Ohio State University’s Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) chapter plans to host a vigil to honor Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades terrorist Ibrahim Nabulsi, who was recently killed by Israel, on Friday at 6 p.m.

The student group announced the “emergency protest and candlelight vigil” on Aug. 10 via its Instagram account. The post indicates that the demonstration is “in honor of our martyrs,” including Nabulsi and those killed alongside him, 25-year-old Islam Soboh and 16-year-old Hussein Taha, whom Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) has hailed as mujahideen.

“We will be honoring our martyrs Ibrahim Nabulsi, Hussein Taha, Islam Soboh and Momen Jaber. Please join us as we continue to fight and stand for justice in Palestine,” says the student club in the post’s caption, calling on participants to bring “signs, flags and keffiyehs” to the demonstration.

The fall academic semester starts on Aug. 23, with students arriving on campus prior to that date.

The United States and Israel consider the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades to be a terrorist group, with the U.S. State Department designating the outfit as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

You are the one that says that calling for the freedom of Palestine is antisemitic, and painting that in an alley is a protest against 'Jews'.
That's an antisemitic trope according to the horrid IHRA definition of antisemitism, where you conflate protests against Israel policy as an attack on the Jewish people.
Trope.

But it goes along with your rather racist characterization of Palestinians as 'terrorists' and your defence of targeting apartment buildings that kill children.
Just end the occupation and apartheid already, or give Palestinians full equal rights, including the right to vote.

Zionist is becoming an anti-Semitic slur for Jews

'Zionists, go home!' chanted at anti-semitic and terrorist supporting rally in London

An anti-Israel protest held on Downing Street, London, told all Zionists to "go home" on Wednesday.

One of the protest's attendees brought a sign saying "Stop the Judaization of Jerusalem, and Britain, Europe, Ukraine and USA." Another poster there said that "Zionism uses Jews as human shields."

Another protester brought a poster that said "Hamas are gallant fighters for the Palestinian cause. They show huge bravery against the might of the Israeli military." Other signs the protesters held included messages such as "end the Israeli occupation" and "end the siege in Gaza."

"There is only one solution, Intifada Revolution" was another chant that was heard at the protest.

The protest was referred to as a "Rally for Palestine," organized by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, according to the organization's website. It was in response to the three-day-long Operation Breaking Dawn that had ended just a few days earlier.

free palestine is an anti-jewish slogan

A German court on Wednesday sentenced two minors for a brutal assault on a Jewish man during a pro-Israel vigil in the city of Hamburg last year.

The court heard how in Sept. 2021, the two brothers, aged 17 and 15, approached a small demonstration displaying signs in support of Israel and warning against rising antisemitism. Accompanied by a female friend, the brothers shouted “f**k Israel” and “Free Palestine” and insulted the vigil participants.

The brothers then assaulted a 61-year-old man who was attending the demonstration, leaving him with broken cheekbones and an eye that was damaged when his glasses were smashed. The perpetrators then fled the scene on rented scooters as police officers mounted a search for them.

“I’m practically blind, I can only see light and dark in my right eye,” the victim told the news outlet Welt on Wednesday.

Both the brothers were charged with antisemitic incitement, while the 17-year-old also faced a charge of grievous bodily harm. The older brother was deemed by the court to have shown a “general derogatory attitude towards Israel, people from Israel and people who show solidarity with Israel.”

Neither brother will serve a custodial sentence, however. The 17-year-old received a sixteen month suspended sentence that will require him to perform community service and undergo anti-violence training, while his younger sibling will also perform community service.

Stefan Hensel, the antisemitism commissioner for Hamburg, welcomed the verdict. “This is a is a clear sign to all antisemitic violent criminals that their actions will not remain without consequences,” he said.

So now you call graffiti that says 'Free Palestine' as targeting a specific or random Jew?
How does that work?

Can you show that the graffiti wasn't just painted on a random building and that the perp knew the owner of the building personally?
And can you show how saying 'Free Palestine' is an attack on any single person?
Can you prove that the owner of the building was against freeing Palestine by ending the occupation?
Do you know if the owner supports apartheid or equal rights?

So many questions.
Until then, you're pushing more antisemitic tropes by claiming that saying 'free Palestine' is an attack on the Jewish people.
Cut out the tropes.

So you admit that the graffiti criticizing Israel specifically targeted Jewish owned businesses that aren't in Israel?

As Canada says, targeting Canadian Jews for criticism over the actions of other Jews in another part of the world is explicitly racist.

"Jewish Voice for Peace" admits it supports terrorism

JTA — An Israel advocacy group criticized a pro-BDS group for denying its request to hold a memorial event for Israeli terror victims at its conference, which will feature a convicted terrorist as a speaker.

Jewish Voice for Peace to host convicted terrorist at confab | The Times of Israel

Justifying Palestinian “Resistance” and Embracing Terrorists
  • In April 2021, JVP issued a press releasealleging that “the discredited IHRA definition has been a tool to silence Palestinians and safeguard Israeli government impunity.”
    • The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism, adopted by nearly 30 countries and counting, represents the international consensus definition of antisemitism, as well as how to distinguish between legitimate criticism of Israel and antisemitism. An example of the latter includes denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.
  • JVP supported convicted terrorist Rasmea Odeh during her deportation proceedings and hosted her as a featured speaker at their 2017 National Membership Meeting.
    • Rasmea Odeh, a Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) operative was convicted for immigration fraud after concealing her role in two terrorist bombings in Israel. The PFLP is designated as a terrorist organization by the US, EU, Canada, and Israel.
  • In April 2020, JVP interviewed Laura Whitehorn about her activism with political prisoners. Whitehorn served “14 years in jail for her role in a 1983 bombing at the US Capitol Building in Washington, DC.”
  • In January 2017, JVP San Diego endorsed a campaign lobbying for the release of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) General Secretary Ahmed Sa’adat, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison for heading an “illegal terrorist organization,” as well as for his involvement in planning many of the group’s attacks such as the assassination of Israeli Tourism Minister Rehavam Ze’evi.
  • Promotes false allegations that the “Al-Aqsa mosque” is under threat “due to the escalation of Israeli settler violence, which is supported by the Israeli police and military” and that Israel “fanned the flames of Palestinian grassroots resistance by stepping up its attacks against al-Aqsa mosque.” These claims are often used by Palestinians to justify attacks on Israeli civilians.
  • In October 2015, referred to an increase in terror attacks against Israeli civilians and security forces as “Palestinian popular resistance” and posted a statement on its Facebook page that praises “a new generation of Palestinians…rising up en-masse against Israel’s brutal, decades-old regime of occupation, settler colonialism and apartheid.”
Engaging in Antisemitic Rhetoric and Ignoring Antisemitism
  • In June 2017, launched the “Deadly Exchange” campaign, that aims to “end police exchange programs between the US and Israel.” JVP claims that American Jewish organizations and programs are to blame for police violence against minorities in America.
    • The initial “Deadly Exchange” video labeled AIPAC, ADL, Birthright and other Jewish organizations as being responsible for these exchanges, and urged viewers to “Hold accountable the Jewish institutions who run and fund the deadly exchange.”
    • As a result of JVP lobbying, the Durham, North Carolina City Council voted in April 2018 to ban joint training activities with the Israel Police.
  • Beginning September 2015, JVP co-sponsored a speaking tour in the United States for Bassem Tamimi. Tamimi has expressed supportfor antisemitic sentiments including the claim that Israelis detain Palestinian children to harvest their organs and that the Zionists control the media.
    • Tamimi was convicted in 2012 of encouraging Palestinian youths to throw stones at Israeli soldiers. His appearance in a third grade classroom sparked outrage, and the school’s superintendent denounced the remarks as “inflammatory
  • In response to the January 2015 Paris terror attacks, including the attack on a kosher market, JVP published a blog post (“The Paris Murders & the Islamophobic Backlash“) ignoring antisemitism and instead highlighting that “Muslims are at greatly heightened risk from the forces of bigotry. This latest backlash occurs in the context of pervasive, systemic, and long-standing anti-Islam bigotry in many countries around the world.”
Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) » ngomonitor (ngo-monitor.org)

In case you haven’t been paying attention, Jewish Voice for Peace is not about peace at all. Unless that peace looks like an Israel without Jews. Time and again we have seen them promote and glorify terrorists. But just in case that slipped past you, JVP are proudly shouting it out again from the proverbial rooftops.

No, its you that is pushing an antisemitic trope that calling for the end of the occupation of Palestine is somehow antisemitic.
How, in your mind, is it racist to call for the end of an illegal occupation?

So you're arguing that some Jews also support terrorism now?
Does that somehow justify Israeli terrorism against Palestinians?
Or does that make them just the same as Palestinians?
I'm not sure what your point is here.

BTW, I think this claim is nonsense and not in the least trustworthy.
25% of US Jews say Israel is apartheid now so the Israeli government now has to attack them along with BDS, Amnesty, B'tselem, the UN, HRW and anyone else who calls for the end of apartheid.

How stupid is it to claim that it's antisemitism to point out antisemitism?

Sad that you are okay with targeting random people for protest and harassment simply because of their religion (and pathetic that you don't see how idiotic your double standard is - no one in their right mind would be okay with targeting random Muslims to protest Saudi Arabia or Iran).
