This was a true partisan attempt to cap the cost of Insulin Drugs for millions and millions of Americans. Seven Republicans voted for it, that was not enough to pass the Senate as they needed three more of the crony Repubs to be onboard. Yet Trump and his pathetic Republicans state that they have "the interest of the Americans in their hearts". Most bizarre lie!!

Republicans stripped out a provision to cap insulin costs at $35 for private insurers, but the Inflation Reduction Act still includes an insulin price cap for seniors on Medicare.
Nobody should be surprised now. They will always be a bunch of traitors who care nothing about hard-working Americans.....
Patient Assistance Program
The Novo Nordisk Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is based on our commitment to people living with diabetes. The Patient Assistance Program provides medication at no cost to those who qualify.
Patients who are approved for the PAP may qualify to receive free diabetes medicine from Novo Nordisk. There is no registration charge or monthly fee for participating.
Eligibility requirements:
- I am a US citizen or legal resident
- My total household income is at or below 400% of the federal poverty level (FPL). Visit the NeedyMeds website, which lists the current FPL guidelines
- I have no insurance or I have Medicare
- I am not enrolled in and don’t qualify for any other federal, state, or government program such as Medicaid, Low Income Subsidy, or Veterans (VA) Benefits
- Patients who are eligible for Medicaid must sign the Patient Declaration section of the latest version of the PAP application stating they are not enrolled in, plan to enroll in, or are eligible for Medicaid or Medicare Extra Help/LIS (proof of denial must be submitted if requested)

Application process changes if your benefits have been affected by COVID-19.
Documentation required:
- Completed PAP application
- Documentation showing loss of healthcare benefits (job termination notice, job status change, proof of COBRA benefits being offered)
- No proof of income required

Without a doubt I guarantee all those same Senators would gladly vote yes on another tax cut for the wealthy and big corporations. Yet and still, poor and lower class whites will still vote these republicans back in office!
