Since I took up the hobby last March, I have encountered nothing but scammers on multiple sites and considering opting out of the whole thing. I'm looking for a spinner type and GFE with very little restrictions. Your recommendations are appreciated.

Um yes there are lots of great local SP’s. Just read some of the reviews on this board.
There are threads actually titled Good Local SP’s in this forum and threads voting for best SP and MA in Ottawa. Check out those threads. Also, look at the OIC website. Lots of very sexy, professional local SPs on there if you can afford their rates.
Really? There are a ton of really good providers. @WhimsyFai , Rebecca Gold to name a few but there are a ton of really good and reputable providers on here.

I think I know what he's getting at. The only one I've found was Spinner Victoria. Only restrictions were bbfs, cim and greek, if I remember correctly.
Most attractive spinners I find only offer all safe services. There was the Stephanie girl who visited recently, but she had a mixed bag of reviews.
