We can all make guesses at your problem but just go and see your doctor!! And once he/she tells you the problem then you can tell all of us. And don't forget to touch base with the SP you saw and let us know too so we can avoid if it is some type of STD/STI.

Hsv1 - the cold sore type - a bit over 80% have that. But if you don't have that, you can get it anywhere (including genitals). But if you have hsv1 then you're immune to getting it in a different location (eg lip herpes won't show up on your genitals. It tends to erupt where it entered the body. It tends to lie dormant up the nerve ganglion, then under stress or other conditions shhots back down giving you a visible cold sore).

With oral sex being so common for a while now, Hsv-1 and Hsv-2 are often now not location specific.
Just remember, you can get this from anyone. This is not some escort specific STD. Your one night stand at the bar, your new GF, your long term GF. You could be with someone for 10 years while they have no outbreak and then Bam! They have one and you get it so don’t be so naive to think you have escaped this risk because you stopped seeing all us dirty hookers.

And clients should notify their escorts. This is not a one sided issue. Let’s make sure we included all people since this is an all person problem.
