Used one once. Enjoyed how weiner did not get choked out like how condoms do at times or leave red rings and once a bruise. Did find myself having that "omg the condom fell off" flashes every time the bare weiner came out (on position switches). Took a bit to extinguish that reaction. Also a minor fear that I might push it all in but it stayed beautifully on the outside, and in fact it covers more and is likely safer. I think more experience would give that confidence to fully relax and trust it.
