Been watching some of this new field lacrosse league(PLL) in the states. Great lacrosse.
Buffalo Bandits play at home in championship game against Colorado. Winner take all. Game is sold out, 19,000 fans! Just like the old days when they first came into the league. It's great to see. Going to be hard to beat Buffalo at home with a full house.

I've watched about half of a PLL game when it started up. I can't get into it like I do with box lax. Made it down to Hammer for every Rock game but one this year. Still miffed at Toronto Beaches moving home games from Friday to Thursday a couple years ago.

I'm disappointed in myself as I haven't been to a Junior A game yet this year. Usually get to about 6-7 Athletics regular season games a year and all playoff games.
Gotta make a point to go next week. Also to check out the new arena in St. Kitts.

Looking at upcoming games, Beaches @ Mimico on Friday would be a good tilt if I'm off early enough to get there.
Home game vs Brampton on the 30th is doable. So is the home game vs Oakville on Canada Day, but I'll probably be at Ohsweken Speedway.
Home game vs Six Nations on Sunday July 3rd will be another good one.

Any idea where the Minto Cup is this year?
I know it was supposed to be in St. Catherines in 2020 but was cancelled thanks to our friend Covid. They were promised it again in 2021 but, Covid again.

Nice win by the Mammoth, Dillon Ward played huge the entire series. Still wondering how Vinc didn't get a penalty for jumping the Colorado player who was already being teamed by two Bandits in the corner with a minute and change left.

The refs let alot go especially in the final period.
On another note, my Ticats blew a 24 point lead and lost in OT. Freaking bums.
