Skipping Dinner

Anyone here just has a really nice breakfast+coffee, a nice lunch and then skips dinner? I started this and I like how I have so much free time and less chores when the kitchen closes at 1PM. Also going to bed is super exciting because of that big breakfast you wake up to.

Very interesting mate - never tried that as I enjoy the quietness of a dinner and the feeling of not doing anything after. Meaning, when I eat breakfast and lunch - I still have to work or do something. The dinner sets me up for a quiet evening to unwind.

I skip breakfast and have light to medium lunch and crackers or pureed fruits for dinner...You are righ about so much free time on dinner as there is nothing else to do other than hit the bed afterwards....

I eat a large breakfast and skip lunch. My typical dinner consists of wine/scotch and snacks

Well I go out to enjoy evening stroll, before binging TV after sunset and going to bed.

Quiet time starts after 1PM , do all my chores by 11.30AM. In 2020, my quiet time started at 7AM because I only had one meal a day but now I live in Toronto where all the good places to eat don't open till noon, so I'm stuck with "To Dos" till 12.

OMAD and intermittent fasting. I’ve experienced a lot benefits , I love how clear and focus my mind gets.

This is not medical advise, I’m just sharing my experiences and what others have notice also.






Honestly, I also love the freedom. I remember being chained to a bodybuilding diet and I’m much happier now. Less bloated, no more forcing meals into me. To me all that food felt like it was just creating a cesspool and bottlenecking my system.

Skipping dinner is a sure fire way to lose weight. I am not successful every night (some nights around 9PM, I break down and give in to the mac and cheese or lasagna that's sitting in my fridge) but as a rule, I try not to eat after 4pm. After only 2 months, I've dropped 10-15 pounds following this.

I should mention, I have been doing peloton and weights almost every day as well. My weight loss is obviously a combination of fasting and intense exercise.

Drink a bottle of Glucerna or if you skip a meal.

Do you eat breakfast out on the go ? I dont know of any good breakfast places downtown toronto. In the states, they are everywhere.
Usually takeouts ( salad+ soup) and I’m cooking boiled eggs/omelette + thin steak
