Used to have a few sessions a week. 2-3.
But even for hobbying, the law of diminishing returns applies.
I try to limit it to once a week or less. Preferably when the urge is at the high. The longer I wait for the next session the better the quality. Assuming the SP is good... I have to look forward to it and be excited about it.
Age is not an issue as far as I am concerned. Blessed with good health and a high sex drive. I am grateful.

I only hobby once every couple of years when I get the urge. Most of the time I look to online dating sites to get action, although, I admit, now that I am in my 40s that's not as easy as it once was.

I honestly don't think having unlimited financial resources would cause me to hobby more.

I don't obsess over sex and never have; in fact, I'd even go so far as to say that sex, in my opinion, is one of the most overrated pleasures in life. I'd much rather spend loads of money on things like travel.

I’m pretty much at that place now. I used hobby 2-3 times a week, but have learned that as I age, it’s good to pace things as too much of a good thing will yield diminishing returns. I used to get hyped over someone touring and book way ahead to cross her off the bucket list but when the day comes I’m not in the mood but just go through the motions, which does none of us any good.

Im 60 and would probably be 2 to 3 times a week.
At 20 to 30 years old = 1 or 2 times a day
30 to 40 = once a day
40 to 45 = 5 times a week
46 to 50 = 3 to 4 times a week
51 to 60 would be where I am now at 2 to 3 times a week.
