A young girl with long t shirt and no pants, probably in early 20s - short height - tanned skin, opened the door. She asked for me to sit and get comfortable while waiting for a few mins. Asked for agreed upon money. Went away and came back wearing pants. Sat across and started asking questions about what I do. I got suspicious. She clarified it’s for screening and would require my ID and COVID QR code.Then said today’s session is ONLY for first time screening - nothing else.Not wanting to waste my time I asked for money back. She said no, not getting the money back but that I can talk and spend time this way.
I heard more people upstairs. She said it’s her DUO. A late 20s fat Asian girl came down when I asked my money back. Then 2 big dogs and a black guy came down.
I left before things got worse. They take pictures and movies through phone for fraud / blackmailing.
Stay away bros!!!! If anyone can do something to fix them please do.

Thanks for the heads up. Not that I go to Ajax but its good to know potentially dangerous situations. These scams are dangerous for everyone.

It's been reported that the exact address can't be published as that is against TERB rules. I understand this policy for normal situations as we don't want LEOs gaining too much information on SPs. However, this is a situation where LEO's involvement would actually be a benefit to TERB members, and therefore the address should be published. Just a thought.
