I found that microdosing with a small nibbles of gummies, (like 1/40th of a gummy an hour or two before bed) let me get a very good sleep. Like the no wake ups in middle of night night sleep.

Then I started working less and the cut in work stress lead me to sleep better all on my own.

I find edibles help as well, just try to avoid using them too often and becoming dependent on them for a good sleep.
