AFAIK, Lich and the other idiot were arrested on standard, non-emergency Criminal Code warrants and will get normal bail hearings. They're not likely to get bail because they are scofflaws and conspirators. But they'll certainly get normal due process.
Learn the difference between Federal and Provincial then repost.
