Attention? Lia's name and picture has appeared on online news feeds, and possibly as a filler on TV news. This 'stunt' has prompted a change in NCAA politics. Do you know the name of any other Ivy League swimmers?

A wild theory: The whole purpose of this exercise was to thwart other mediocre male athletes from achieving success in women's collegiate sports, by drawing attention to a loophole in regulations that required re-evaluation.

There is some precedent for that type of 'benevolent vandalism': It is believed that some Internet virii/ viruses were written by current or former employees of Microsoft. They independently discovered security flaws in Windows, and when they informed their supervisors, the reaction was hostile, and no action was taken. A virus which exploited that same vulnerability drew media attention, and the necessary changes were implemented almost immediately.

There is some belief that Microsoft purposefully creates 'soft spots' in its operating systems to allow police/ FBI/ CIA to conduct covert cyber-spying activities against 'persons of interest', without first receiving permission from the proper Judicial body. A similar tactic would be to sabotage the plumbing at a suspect's home, have a LE officer pose as the plumber, looking for 'evidence in plain site', then applying for a search warrant based on information illegally obtained.

Serena has given birth, and Venus is a practicing Jehovah's Witness, which rules out surgical alteration. The Williams sisters have good genes for athletics, (Venus is 6'1" tall, and has played pro tennis since age 14). Like Tiger Woods, their athletic talent was nurtured by parents from a very young age. Parental hands on development of a child athlete won't turn a mediocre athlete into a star, but it can turn a child with star potential into a superstar. The Jackson family of Gary, Indiana weren't born with a musical gene.
