There are no countries that have 'true freedom from control'.
Maybe Somalia 15 years ago, or Iraq maybe 10 years ago.
What you want, for total freedom from control, would be a failed state where there are no laws.
Right?
The ideal society is where nobody needs to work if they don’t want to and can work if they want to because they don’t have to. That their basic human needs are taken care of and supporting systems provided like medical and clean water.
To get here will take a lot of time, effort and evolution. We can’t force this system down people’s throats because people, resources, and our collective consciousness is not ready.
We need to first figure out the energy problems, sustainability problems, medical problems, environment, ideological differences etc to get it there.
One way to get there is through AI, robots, technology and slowly evolving on the present systems we have such as capitalism where it rewards innovation for progress at the cost of present inequality and some existing corruption.
However if we get this system the question is will people be ready especially if they lose their purpose which the workforce gives them.
Anytime you try to force this down people’s throats dictators, fascist and the ones who yearn for power will figure out how to strategize themselves in whatever system “revolutionizes” the status quo and regain control over the people in the name of this said system intended to free the people from previous controls.
