See more and more ad on LL and am not understanding the measurements on some of the ads, and thes are on directory ads that are supposed to be legit and verified.

Not understanding measurements.

Well DD stands for "biggins"
.I have wondered myself, the only reference I know of is under the international sizing from Australia and New Zealand. A 16DD equates to a 38DD and you can go up or down from that sizing.
As far as the waist 15 and hip 17 measurement not sure of the relation there unless she is thick through the mid drift but the sizing chart is just in even numbers 12, 14, 16, 18 etc.

I would suspect so, along with the height mentioned as say 5' 6" but 45 lbs even in kg is only 100 lbs, and in her pic she may be a little larger than average so they can't be that serious.
