Depends on where you are in life. We both had “nothing”. Since then I’ve worked hard and tripled my income. She’s making marginally more than she did and works even less (2 full days, 2 half days). She’s now taking about retiring (no working beyond 50).
Do they make an agreement for this situation? Will a judge tell her to work more?

Maybe I’m naive, but I thought a pre-nup only protects what you had going into marriage?

In all seriousness, i think you should travel to various countries with your buddies...The fun you will have will be un-comparable if you were to do this afterwards.

Maybe... In my case, I was the last of my buddies to get married. They dated younger women who wanted to be married and have families... I dated older women that were career-driven and not as family oriented. They wanted to work and travel the world with family coming later... I married a younger chick and had kids... Now she doesn't want sex or to eat meat. She mediates and TikTok's all day planning how to limit work, travel the world and then retire early...
I'm saying the above for the purpose of highlighting how different things become in time... The person you're marrying will unlikely be the same as the person you're married to. I also think older women have themselves sorted out more as to what they want in life. In my experience, they were honest about it and that truth was actually helpful.
