Dreamy might work better for an ad. The appeal of creamy depends on whodunnit. Also, gets to be like a grill cheese sandwich pretty quick, aka sloppy seconds, or so I've heard. Yeah, dreamy.
Photoshop does make people look better but in an unreal way. Like #5. But let's settle for dreamy and knock off the nickel and diming and send her on her way.
