Holding a woman who ignored the well being of her son accountable for her actions.
Blood alcohol was 60ml per 100 ml of blood at the hospital after rescue, which means it was higher at the time of driving. Same with the Oxycodone.
At 50ml per 100ml of blood, she should not have been driving. It's a 3 day suspension in Ontario.
Plea deal means if it went to court, she would have been hammered.
No sympathy for someone mixing alcohol, Oxycodone, and then ignoring a flood warning.

No offense against moral or religious law occurred here against God.
What she did is criminal.
