Ladies and gentlemen of the jury .... An avid hunter comes to Canada to hunt Grizzly bears - which we all know are hard to kill - and we penalize her for trying to protect herself ??? She was just on her way to get a hunting license when she was pulled over.

FYI -

More new gun owners shoot themselves with Glock pistols than any other brand and more Glock gun owners trade in their Glock pistols within two years of ownership because they have accidental discharges of the weapon. The reason for this is that Glock pistols do not have an active safety that the operator can activate/de-activate

My learned college cannot possibly know if every jury member is familiar with the correct hunting procedure for grizzly bears. I would also remind the court that it is irrelevant what knowledge the jury has - it is only relevant if my client believed that 56 glock guns were needed to hunt grizzly bear.
