To add to the general chaos, the judge is the oldest judge on the Wisconsin bench and didn't allow the DA to zoom in on a still because he "didn't trust Apple tech". He wanted expert evidence on Zoom features! 🥴

He also forgot to turn his phone off during the trial and made the worst "grandad joke" about the Chinese food lunch that I could imagine. 🥴

The trial is becoming more and more shambolic.

I see the evidence is not important to you . Just the side show .

Pretty sure the second amendment was written to ensure you had a well armed and trained militia in case the British came back. I really don't think that is going to happen anymore...
Your "pretty sure" is dead wrong and the Supreme Court says so.

Considering that I have been discussing the evidence all through this thread, that's an odd point to try to make.

Go back and re read the thread.

Biden suffers from severe dementia and he's the president.

It is bad enough to read your current exaggerations. Never mind going back . Hopefully we will have a verdict tomorrow or Monday to put this to rest .

Making a point using lies . Interesting way of doing things .
That's the problem with you right wingers. Your brain is incapable of understanding second degree.

Do I give a fuck if the gun is shooting 100 or 1500 or 2500 bullets a minutes?? Does it make a difference? I was just trying to illustrate a point.

Did you not understand that taking a minute to recharge your gun is a different era then what we can buy now? Guns that are not built to defend yourself but to mass murder.

Using lies... Good lord dude get real.

Let’s say Somebody was at capital hill on January 6th trolling Trump fans , and then trying to ward off people from getting inside. he was then swarmed so He took out his concealed gun and blasted away. Is that ok?

Not sure what the carrying laws are there so you might be guilty of some weapons charge, but murder .. nope that was self defence.
Actually. Somebody pointed out....somewhere.....that the Jan 6th rioters would have been shot dead in a lot of countries.

This is the judge you were applauding for his wise and cogent reprimand of the prosecution?

His reprimand of the prosecution was fine. It was a basic breach by the DA and even a judge who's not quite as sharp as he was 5 years ago will catch it.
