I find those idiots really unbearable to listen to. People watch this for entertainment?
I glanced at the first few seconds of that crap. Anyone who starts off saying "the prosecution lied" loses me right off. Lying to the court is a disbarment offence for an attorney. No prosecutor is going to do that. Add in that the asshole moderator of that show was wearing a pro gun rights t-shirt and I just stopped watching. It's obviously not a fact-based show.
Except it doesn't.
It's extremely unlikely that a top flight trial prosecutor lies in court. So that's bs right there.
The photo of Rosenbaum carrying a chain could be photo-shopped. Or the chain could have been discarded before the altercation w KR. It could even have been in the shopping bag that Rosenbaum threw at KR's feet before he got shot. Or not.
So until there is proper analysis and discussion of the train of events - and this hasn't happened so far in the trial - it's not helpful to anyone.
So the Commie Pedophile was brandishing a chain while chasing KR for putting out his fire. Seems like self-defense to me.

The FBI footage has been entered into evidence in court.
But only the prosecution is talking about it, not the defence.
The prosecution argued that it shows KR instigating the first attack.
Both would have had access to the same tapes, unless you think the FBI is hiding this tape and only this one site managed to get the full video from the FBI.
You also need to prove that the video is legit, and not deepfaked, as that is a very real and serious concern.

It is not the FBI prosecuting the kid . It is the state . They are called in to provide some evidence .

You can't even understand what I wrote . The video was shown for the first time today . From what the defence says . They were not provided with the video prior to today . So full disclosure did not happen .
If that's actually the case, then it's a constitutional violation and the DA is in deep shit, if he had access to the video. That's such a basic foul that it's unlikely to have actually occurred. Sort of like Austen Matthews shooting an opposing player with a handgun and then objecting to going to the penalty box.
Actually the prosecution never does lie. It's a disbarment offence to suppress evidence or lie to the judge. No lawyer is going to do it.
It's also ludicrous. How do you win a trial when you tell the jury: "You didn't actually see a chain in that photo did you? Of course you didn't." when there is an obvious chain. It's silly.
Except no one is saying that Rosenbaum is an angel. Whether or not KR provoked him, immediately prior to the fatal altercation and the 4 shots, Rosenbaum pursued KR across the parking lot. So he's quite possibly an asshole.
Add in that half the people out on both sides that night were armed, many with rifles or handguns. It's the USA, right? Not Canada. So a chain is no big deal in the circumstances.
As far as Rosenbaum's intentions, unless he brandished the chain in the altercation, the chain isn't much evidence of anything.
You need to get in touch with reality .
