If you have the money and donor area there are good transplant options. Brian urlacher and deon sanders had it done. While i would never do it, many guys chronicle their journey on youtube, I've watched a few just out of curiousity.

Nobody has said anything about a toupee. Back in another life I visited a business with a back office and there was an older gentlemen with a rug worn very properly, it was jet black in color and all of the hair down the dides had turned snow white. It could be a new look...

Another of life's unfairness to males. usually. Why is baldness necessary from a biological point of view? When I started thinning I started cropping with a trimmer. I believe Turkey is a hotbed for transplants, obviously the reason is cost. If you have the money I believe there are very good options nowadays. Most reputable surgeons don't want bad reviews. You may not have the money these guys have?
