The reality is Justin has made mistakes but Ford opened closed opened closed stay at home order heck he even turned Ontario into a police state until the police said they wouldn't enforce it . He was too busy making cheese cake recipes and promoting Tim Hortons as he stopped protecting the green belt as he kept saying Justin wasn't up to par yet his hand was out looking for money that he soon hoarded until people spoke up.He should be in jail for what he did to long term care homes. Those are our parents our grandparents living with cockroaches soiled pants and mold then covid on top of it. Mike Harrie the conservative was in charge of private long term care homes and Ford gave him the highest honour and I might ask for what ?killing elderly ? long term care homes need to be public not private because they obviously don't care what happens to them.Its a disgrace what the elderly are still going though.

2) I did hear that the public homes fared better than the private ones so yes let's go with what works better.

Tories lost because of the following factors:

1). Their brand of "Make Canada Great Again" doesn't appeal to Quebecois, who have their own nutso MQGA ideology. So they can't crack rural QC.
2). They can't penetrate any large Canadian urban centre outside AB. (More educated and sophisticated voters don't vote Tory).
3). They are perceived as AB and SK regionalists by the far more populated regions of Central and Eastern Canada.

Agreed , LTC facilities have been an issue well before Ford. It is absolutely sickening how in many cases our Seniors are drugged up / toss a diaper on them and leave them to drool in hallway.
I remember Horwath jumping on the band wagon - “Ford should resign over this LTC problem” - Shouldn’t She as well - She has been in Parliament since 2004 and just during covid She realizes there is a problem? She is just another “windbag”. Most politicians are when you boil it down.
Look at what different Politicians from different parties have done to our Province over time - 407 / Hydro now Ontario Place (to name a few) - none of them good moves for the Province long term.
