Going to take on my first incall tomorrow, going to visit a lady at a hotel downtown toronto.

she has reviews and looks reputable.

I am still nervous about getting caught or the room being hot or something. is there any legal stuff I should worry about?

Thank you

Well I treat it as a date. Bring chocolate or something to drink. These can make the thing more pleasant as well as give you legal cover. Your donation can be part of the gift. This is in fact why prositition used to be totally legal in Canada as the courts could not tell what at gift was vs payment of services -
Also check for police busting in the area. A bunch of police cards stationed outside is a bad sign.

Oh, this is exciting!!!

Don't be nervous. If she has reviews, you are golden that she is not a cop. As for hotel staff, trust me, they don't care. She has probably worked that same hotel before multiple times without any issue.

So chill, anticipate it in a good way and then enjoy the experience as it unfolds.

Walk in like you belong. Bring an empty carry-on suitcase or laptop bag if you're super paranoid.

Agree with approaching this like a date. Show up on time (not early). Be clean and well groomed, fingernails trimmed. Dress neatly (no need for fancy suits, unless that’s your style, but don’t dress like a slob). When you walk in the hotel, go to the elevator like you belong there, smile and nod to the desk staff as you pass.
Most hotels know people meet there for sex, sometimes sex for money. They largely don’t care. But acknowledging them casually will help you with your confidence and worry.
When you get to the room, either knock quietly or more likely she will ask you not to, and she will open the door as she sees your thru the peephole. Introduce yourself politely. Compliment her appearance. Within a short period of time of arriving, give her the donation. Some say in an envelope, but personally I think this is unnecessary. Don’t make her ask for the money. After the initial greeting and the donation, ask if you can shower. Shower, even if you did just before leaving. It only takes a few minutes to wash your body and your undercarriage. You can come out in your towel, naked whatever you feel comfortable.
With these few steps you have shown her you respect her enough to show up on time. You are polite and kind, treat her like a lady and not necessarily some creep who looks at her like a piece of meat. By giving the donation, you drop the tension in the room, as she knows she’s going to get paid, and not ripped off. By showering there she will be more comfortable as she knows you are clean, and doesn’t rely on you claiming you just showered. She will be much more likely to get up close and comfortable without worries of BO or worse. With a few simple gestures/ actions you establish an atmosphere of some trust. If a girl feels comfortable with you, you will have a much better time. As for how things start, that is up to the individual guy and sp. respect her boundaries, and if you are about to engage in an activity where you don’t know if she’s ok with it (eg digits, cim etc) just ask before you do. You are with someone who provides these services as a profession, no need to be awkward about asking what is ok. Respect the time you have agreed upon, and don’t overstay your welcome (unless she invites you).
Basically you’ll have a much better time if you treat your sp for the hour, like a real person, a woman that you are about to share some intimacy with. And because she will feel more comfortable and relaxed, it will allow you to be so as well.
As for legal issues, most police forces are not enforcing the prostitution laws, unless underage girls or trafficking is involved. They definitely won’t stake out a room in a nice dt hotel, but occasionally might target lowered end hotels where trafficked girls are suspected. Hotels know they are in the business of providing places for people to meet, sleep and fuck. They aren’t going to hassle you unless for some reason you are
acting like an idiot. If you are really paranoid, delete any text / communication with her that details your arrangement. Though this is probably way overkill.
Your best insurance at avoiding trafficked girls is well review independent or agencies. The leolist toftt experiences, especially ones set up in hotels on highway corridors are maybe more risky.
So in summary, walk in with confidence, be on time, pay, be clean and get cleaner, respect boundaries and you’ll have a great time. Legally exchanging sex for money is against the law, but cops have way better things to do with regard to the sex industry than target individual consenting client / SP interaction.
