Anyone have experience with this thing? In Europe a lot of people use it for BBQs and the food is ridiculously good. I love that it helps with flare ups but notice not a lot of people use them here. When I searched at the local BBQ shop they looked at me weird and didn’t know what I was talking about and pretend they are experts and have the latest BBQ tech on display.

This is how it looks and comes in different variations. Is there anywhere I can pick it up in the GTA area? Any experience with this grill or what are some of the cons ? Looks perfect for charcoal or wood type of BBQ set ups.
So looks kind of pricey (.$655.00 - $1,018.00) for just the grill but well worth it if it helps you achieve that finger licking BBQ with juices everywhere without the flare ups and over burns 1629604322505.jpeg

What are those grey things on the right? They look delicious. Rats?
Sounds like something they used during the "dirty war"
