I thought it was funny how they have been promoting non-adult channels everywhere. So, you can subscribe to a golf pro who'll show you training ideas or some such nonsense.
But all these SW who pivoted to OF are now going to be screwed...until the Only Fans replacement starts. But, will it be a true rival? I mean, Twitter's competition Parler hasn't really knocked anything out of the park yet...

Apparently they are having issues getting financing because of the adult content. Which I think is sort of stupid. But, I guess they fear any illegal stuff like what happened on PornHub with the revenge porn or underage porn that apparently was/is rampant on it. They lost credit card support for a bit (I believe).
Does anyone know how this will work for sex workers? Each client pays a subscription per monly quaterly bi yearly yearly how will this subscription be refunded?

However, it is has also faced growing political and regulatory scrutiny over its ability to remove illegal and exploitative material. Earlier this month more than a hundred US congressmen and women demanded a department of justice investigation into OnlyFans, relating to the alleged presence of underage material on the site.
Such issues have scared off potential investors in the company and driven it towards seeking a more mainstream business model similar to other crowdfunding sites such as Patreon, while removing the sex workers who built its audience.
From what I understand they are only banning porn. Nude photos and nude videos are still gonna stay on the platform. So I guess most SWs won’t be purged but yeah interactive porn is banned.
Hell, There were already sites selling amateur content like manyvids.
OF was always a hype job.
OF has heavily shifted to interactive B/G porn in the last year. The old "dildo in the ass while I take a shower" routine is so 2020 now and no one's going to buy it.
Complain all you want this is the right move. They pumped the business up as much as they could.

The pressure is coming from the payment platforms. Blame Big Tech and big banks.
