I'm in the process of obtaining my own escort agency license in Edmonton and was wondering what those who have done so in the past have experienced or advice they'd like to share (can pm me if you prefer).

Obtaining the license from the police is easy. Are you asking how to run a successful escort agency? That all comes down to you. Your charisma, salesmanship, management ability, entrepreneurialism, and other soft skills/talents. There are a lot of underage prostitutes in Edmonton, so obviously you want to steer clear that. I gotta ask though, why Edmonton?

I hope you succeed, 90% of the best ladies work in MPs, the city could really use a good outcall agency or a more discrete option for incall appointments.

I was wondering what the biggest challenges owners faced with making their agency successful?

Obviously, anything even remotely close to the sexual exploitation of minors and the exploitation of vulnerable women has to be taken seriously. Other issues like the protection of the contractors working under my agency from potentially abusive clients needs to be taken seriously as well. I might as well include that in my mission statement!

I never ran an agency before; Albeit, I did help open a mobile massage business in the past.

I was wondering from those who have done it, what they would have done different and what they felt was vital to their success?

What cut do most agency's take from their contractors? I used a 60/40 split for my massage business, provided all the supplies, accommodations, advertisement, while the oil, sheets and license was on them .

What Challenges and tips do you have when selecting staff

... common issues with clients and how best to deal with them... should I expect interference with gangs or legislators?...
