True. But so far in this EURO he has remained calm and plays great I must say.
I will use my fathers method of prediction:

He always predicted Denmark would lose.

If Denmark lost: "I said so"

If Denmark won, everybody was happy and drinking beer and nobody cared what he had said.

The odds are heavily in England's favor, but remember 14 october 2020, Denmark won 1-0 over England at Wembley, with practically the same teams.
You never know, we saw several upsets this year.

I think Italy can beat Spain if their defense holds up. England I don't know but its possible, at least England has good strikers that penetrate like Sterling and Kane.

After I get my second vax, I'm going on vacay.

Anytime I fly to Rome my second stop has been either Amsterdam or Paris. Never been to London, maybe it's time I visited so that I can see Wapping Steps for myself. I didn't know Hoxton actually existed, I thought it was just a place in a Sherlock Holmes mystery.

What a second period for Italy/Spain!

Despite their come back I still think Italy will score a late one and win.

That was not an impressive win by Italy.

The Azzurri didn't deserve to advance. Both Nationals are from a Mediterranean climate, the Spaniards handled the London humidity better.
I wouldn't say that. Italy was more dangerous when they attacked. Football is about scoring goals not about making the most passes.

I would have preferred The Azzurri go out in the semis than be runners up.

Bonucci said playing against La Furia Roja was the toughest match he's ever played. Morata knew his Juve team-mates well and ran straight at them for the goal.

Spinazzola went to Finland to have his ankle repaired. Mourinho's wife texted him.

Keen observation, however I would have liked to have seen more from the Azzurri.
If Italy had won 2-1 after extra time, I would agree wholeheartedly, but to end up 1-1 and win by shootout...mmmm.....
They didn't play bad at all, as a team they are the tactical masters, but I also like to see a champion play like a champion.

Yea, too bad he is actually brazillian...
Why too bad?
Born in Brazil, his father's side is Italian. Played youth football in Italy.

Very similar to Brett Hull situation Canadian born but played for USA hockey.
Or in soccer Owen Hargreaves, born in Calgary, eligible to play for Wales/Canada/England but chose to play for England.

The sponsors want an Italy/England Final, maximum ratings, maximum profits.

In particular Audi has their new electric car which is in heavy rotation in both the Euro and Wimbledon. Of course the e-tron GT isn't the first for shillboy Tom Hardy.
