Carter is a Baseball Hall of Famer, and he hosted the show. Ozzie Smith also qualifies. William Shatner hosted Saturday Night Live. The fact that he didn't host as often as Tom Hanks doesn't exclude him from the list. An answer isn't wrong just because it isn't the answer you were thinking of.
Other amazingly bad character names from Son of the Beach: Mayor Anita Massengil, Porcelain Bidet, Vinnie Fellachio, Miso Honei, Dirty Sanchez, King Kumonya, Heinous Anus, Professor Taykakaka, Myna Kampf, and Spank the Monkey. Howard Stern was one of the executive producers.
