I agree, a terrible story and loss of life. 20 years old? I think the guy is mentally ill , schizophrenic to do something like this, maybe this is the reason he's not been charged with a hate crime.

It happened Sunday, they would know by now. He was charged with attempted murder and first degree murder.
Everything is just speculation right now.
The tragedy here that we know of is the loss of innocent life.

Reformed and Calvinist are the same thing. If they're adherents to that particular branch of Christianity, they believe they are the "elect", that they are "pre-destined" for heaven, and therefore they can do whatever they want to whomever they wish and there will be no repercussions in the afterlife due to "perseverance of the elect". The words I've put into quotation marks are 3 of the 5 points of Calvinism/the Reformed Church.
Calvinism's legacy includes Apartheid in South Africa as well as slavery, American Exceptionalism and manifest destiny in the US.
Personally, I'm an atheist, so I find such beliefs both laughable and horrifying at the same time.

I understand why Hamas exists. Its a natural reaction to oppression. Supporting the slaughter of children by bombing, that is not acceptable. I don't care if some Hama douchebag launched some fireworks from the roof, it does not mean its ok to kill everyone in the building. If you think that is ok, you are worse then any Hamas member.
