They tried to make Mandrake twice?Bill Bixby, The Magician
I have copies of the 1954 and 1979 Pilots for Mandrake the Magician:

I don't know if they were ever televised. I got them on a private torrent site in 2011, in a folder named "Unsold Pilots 2". A few of them are pretty good.
Others in unsold pilots 2: Area57, Diner, Electra Woman and Dyna Girl, (on youtube), Enemy, Fargo, (not the recent series), Hollyweird, Judy's Got a Gun, LA Confidential, Lone Ranger 2003, Mark of Zorro, Mr & Mrs Smith, Plymouth, The Call, The Grubbs, The News, The Owl and L'il Abner in Dogpatch Today, a truly horrendous show from the mid 1970's. Unfortunately, that file has some encoding errors, that I may be able to fix when I get a new monitor for the XP computer.
