I remember this woman as she's pretty, but it was a terrible tragedy. She stabbed a stranger to death in a pharmacy because she was hearing voices.

TORONTO – A woman found not criminally responsible for stabbing a stranger to death in a Toronto drug store has been ordered to remain detained at a mental health hospital.

The Ontario Review Board has ordered the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health to create a rehabilitation program for Rohinie Bisesar.

The board, which decides if and how not criminally responsible patients should be detained, says the person in charge of the hospital can decide whether Bisesar may be allowed to live in the community.

It also says Bisesar may be allowed to leave the facility with or without supervision at the discretion of the hospital.

Bisesar killed Rosemary Junor, 28, on December 11, 2015, in a Shoppers Drug Mart in downtown Toronto.

Court heard in a one-day trial that Bisesar was in the midst of a psychotic breakdown and listened to a voice that commanded her to harm someone.

My dick would have guided me into her knife range. Even after reading the story, one look at her picture and I was thinking ... hey, a little mix up - she can stay with me !

In my mind - a crazy woman knifing a stranger should look like this -

Whenever I hear about this I am reminded of another tragedy.

The killing of Tim McLean occurred on the evening of July 30, 2008. McLean, a 22-year-old Canadian man, was stabbed, beheaded, and cannibalized while riding a Greyhound Canada bus along the Trans-Canada Highway, about 30 km (19 mi) west of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. On March 5, 2009, McLean's killer, a 40-year-old Chinese-Canadian named Vince Li,[1] was found not to be criminally responsible for the murder, and was remanded to a high-security mental health facility in Selkirk, Manitoba, where he was detained until his release on May 8, 2015.

She's severe paranoid schiz. She talks to the devils and little green martians and they tell her that Satan is giving her orders through the TV screen to kill all people with white shoes. She stares into space and makes weird faces. Probably pisses and shits herself and doesn't bother cleaning it up.

I'm not seeing sex - crazy or otherwise - on the menu here.

you would be shockingly surprised how many community unsupervised individuals walking among us. I have an issue when so called experts make decisions regarding the sanity of individual when diagnoses are wishy washy and there is no way to confirm that an individual is at capacity and not a threat to others.

essentially the orb is the equivalent to probation canada for the crazies. deinstitutionalization flooded the streets with mentally ill people.

Yes but the safety of Canadians should outweigh that
Here we go. You have no idea how the Charter applies to this and have never read the sections and the caselaw. But once again you're going to insist that you're right and argue about it.

There must be something you can google and read, so you don't waste time arguing in this thread.

Now, this person is someone who shouldn't have access to firearms...just saying.
If your referring to me

Why would that be ? Because I have an opinion that differs from his?

If your referring to her She would likely have a 5 to 10 possibly lifetime firearms ban

If not then once they declare her OK after probably five years she could apply and possibly get her firearms license in Canada

I was referring to the woman.

A lifetime ban seems appropriate for her...as far as you are concerned, I’m still waiting for my top-secret undercover Ninja investigate report to come in before I give you a clearance on firearm access.

Just be warned some of your top-secret ninja weapons are prohibited weapons/devices in Canada don’t get caught

Posts like this makes me want to vomit.

She should stay in a mental institution for life. Lock her up and throw away the keys.

We can't engage in a little satire because she is attractive and a psychopathic killer ?

What makes you vomit - that she is attractive or that I confess that I would not expect this women to be killer ?
