I used to be anti-Israel til second year university when I actually educated myself on the conflictsbthat are ongoing.

1. Israel has a right to exist. No other nation in this world has ever had its existence questioned like Israel.

2. Israel is surrounded by enemies and has fairly 'won' their rights to exist by defeating the neighbouring countries of Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.

3. They did not 'steal' land. There are multiple agreements and UN resolutions both sides agreed too and the expansion you see of settlements is organic growth.

4. What do you guys think is on the other side of Gaza strip??? Thats right, Egypt their so called 'Muslim' brothers because some of you simoletons have made this Islam vs. Jewish people. Egypt has walled them off also and Palestinians can not take cover in their Muslim brothers lands because Egyptians HATE Palestinians. Israel has 20% Arab population and has allowed them to live in Israel.

Canada is working towards reparations for our colonial past, which I support.
Israel is actively still colonizing and killing to take that land.
