That's the enemy of the fucking Palestinian terrorists. His death is on them and all the cursed apologists.
I recall 4 Palestinian children (ages 9 thru 11) being killed on a beach in Gaza. Killed by the Israeli Airforce. Guilty of running on a beach.

A small metal shack with no electricity or running water on a jetty in the blazing seaside sun does not seem like the kind of place frequented by Hamas militants, the Israel Defense Forces’ intended targets. Children, maybe four feet tall, dressed in summer clothes, running from an explosion, don’t fit the description of Hamas fighters, either.

Saw on CP24 that the score is now Israel 83, Palestians still at 7
Al Jazeera says its up to 100 to 7, with 19 kids dead in total from both sides.

Netanyahu is getting what he wants, now its escalating with rockets fired from Lebanon.
And Israel has started using tanks and artillery on Gaza, which is even worse than Hamas' rockets.

Israel begins firing artillery and tank shells into Gaza
Israel has begun firing artillery and tank shells into Gaza, and scores of families are fleeing their homes, Palestinian witnesses in the Gaza Strip.

Biden is still claiming he thinks this is proportional and letting Netanyahu go, he's gone as far as continuing to block UN statements.

you're saying it like it's a bad thing

Biden, speaking to reporters at the White House, also said he expects to have more talks with leaders in the region. He added that he has not seen a “a significant overreaction” by Israel to rocket attacks by Hamas from Gaza.
“The question is … how they get to a point where there is a significant reduction in the attacks, particularly the rocket attacks, that are indiscriminately fired into population centres,” Biden said.

I am with Biden

So you think its a good thing that there are 100 Palestinians and 7 Israeli Jews dead?

That puts you pretty out of touch with Canadian views.

This is one party in the government right now.

There's a huge difference between making a mistake or causing casualties unintentionally and what the fucking Palestinians are doing. If you can't see the difference, you're part of the problem because the terrorists always kill for show.

I am not saying it's good that people died but I do not see a problem with the proportion

The only difference is the terrorists you like have bigger guns and kill more and rule the other terrorists through apartheid while stealing their land.

That would have you supporting what the UN, Amnesty, HRW and others have noted are war crimes, this is 2014 all over again.
The ICC is still investigating 2014.

Can you imagine what the reaction had been if the US had responded to the BLM protests the way Israel responded to the March of Return?
No wonder they were also attacked so much by Israeli groups.

Are you so naive that you really believe army press releases?
Oh, scratch that, yes, you just said you are.

So you don't seem to have a problem with:
The occupation.
Ongoing colonization of what could have been Palestine.
Apartheid.
Using apartheid laws to evict Palestinians from Jerusalem.
Escalating violence through police attacks on Al Aqsa.
Targeting civilians.
Using missiles to destroy residential towers.
Using missiles, tanks and artillery to shell UNRWA buildings.
Killing Palestinians, including 11 women and 27 children.

So far the only thing you've said is not allowed is for Hamas to use rockets, only Israel are allowed according to you.

I assume that means you also have no problem with this, if the IDF says its ok?

if we cannot agree that there is a world of difference between
1. firing at a building that is believed to be used by terrorists after warning civilians and allowing them to leave (together with the terrorists by the way) versus
2. firing indiscriminately at random targeting civilian population of Israel,
there is no sense to continue this dispute.

Sure there is a difference between those two war crimes, but both are war crimes.
1 - Targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure is a war crime regardless of whether you say you're going to do it first.
2 - Firing indiscriminate weapons at civilians is a war crime, like Israel's use of tanks and artillery in Gaza today and Hamas' rockets.

3 - Deliberately targeting civilians is terrorism, like Hamas' rockets at Tel Aviv and Israeli missiles in Gaza.

And I note you refuse to even discuss apartheid and the occupation, which puts one more level of evil and war crimes on the side you claim to be morally pure.

A reminder that this all started after what the UN noted were war crime evictions of Palestinians from Jerusalem.
They note that the laws that allow those evictions are based on nationality, which makes them apartheid laws.

Anyone who blames Hamas for what is clearly Israeli aggression is defending war crimes and apartheid.

Eight Palestinian refugee families residing in the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood of East Jerusalem are facing a risk of forced eviction due to a legal challenge by the Nahalat Shimon settler organization. For four of these families, the risk is imminent.

The evictions, if ordered and implemented, would violate Israel's obligations under international law. The eviction proceedings in these cases and in other similar cases in East Jerusalem, are based on the application of two Israeli laws, the Absentee Property Law and the Legal and Administrative Matters Law of 1970. According to an OCHA survey in 2020, at least 218 Palestinian households in East Jerusalem, including the families in Sheikh Jarrah, have eviction cases filed against them. The majority of these have been initiated by 'settler organizations', placing 970 people, including 424 children, at risk of displacement.

Given the disturbing scenes in Sheikh Jarrah over the past few days, we wish to emphasize that East Jerusalem remains part of the occupied Palestinian territory, in which International Humanitarian Law applies. The occupying Power must respect and cannot confiscate private property in occupied territory, and must respect, unless absolutely prevented, the laws in force in the country. This means that Israel cannot impose its own set of laws in occupied territory, including East Jerusalem, to evict Palestinians from their homes. In addition, the Absentee Property Law and the Legal and Administrative Matters Law are applied in an inherently discriminatory manner, based solely on the nationality or origin of the owner.

In practice, the implementation of these laws facilitates the transfer by Israel of its population into occupied East Jerusalem. The transfer of parts of an occupying Power's civilian population into the territory that it occupies is prohibited under international humanitarian law and may amount to a war crime.

According to several Security Council resolutions all legislative and administrative measures and actions taken by Israel, the occupying Power, which have altered or purport to alter the character and status of East Jerusalem, including expropriation of land and properties, are null and void and must be rescinded.

Forced evictions may also violate the rights to adequate housing and to privacy and other human rights of those who are evicted. Forced evictions are a key factor in creating a coercive environment that may lead to forcible transfer, which is prohibited by the Fourth Geneva Convention and is a grave breach of the Convention.

Human Rights Watch also noted that it was Israel's apartheid evictions that was the aggression that started this round.

Blame Israel and Netanyahu, they started it.

Forcible takeovers of homes, brutal suppression of demonstrators, places of worship under assault, identity-based communal violence, indiscriminate rocket attacks, children killed in strikes: what to make of the dizzying headlines out of Israel and Palestine in recent days?

Without doubt, the recent events in Gaza and Jerusalem have given rise to grave abuses. We are investigating and will take some time as we gather the facts. There are, though, some preliminary takeaways based on what we do know.

The escalation began over the move to take over several Palestinian homes in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of East Jerusalem, which Israel has annexed but is occupied territory under international law. Israel planned to evict the Palestinian residents and transfer their longtime homes to Jewish settlers. Israeli courts allowed these moves under a 1970 Israeli law that facilitates the return of property to Jewish owners or their heirs, including Jewish associations acting on their behalf, that they claim to have owned in East Jerusalem prior to 1948, when Jordanian authorities assumed control until 1967.

The Palestinian families involved had earlier been displaced from inside what is today Israel. They are barred by law from reclaiming their land and homes, which the Israeli authorities confiscated, along with land belonging to many other displaced Palestinians, as “absentee property” in the aftermath of the events around the establishment of the state of Israel between 1947 and 1949. A final court ruling on the matter is expected soon.

This discriminatory treatment, with the exact opposite legal outcomes for claims of pre-1948 title to property based on whether the claimant is a Jewish Israeli or a Palestinian, underscores the reality of apartheid that Palestinians in East Jerusalem face. Nearly all Palestinians who live in East Jerusalem hold a conditional, revocable residency status, while Jewish Israelis in the same area are citizens with secure status. Palestinians live in densely populated enclaves that receive a fraction of the resources given to settlements and effectively cannot obtain building permits, while neighboring Israeli settlements built on expropriated Palestinian land flourish.

You can say the same thing about the Israelis. After they the extreme right assissaniated Rabin and elected a far right racist govt, they are starting to see the impact and the rockets are getting more advanced every day.
I think you have covered the wide extent of your lunacy and validated yourself as a wack-job

If Hamas lays down it weapons there will no more fighting
If Israel lays down its weapons' there will be no more Israel
