We do know that all vaccines reach maximum effectiveness after 2 weeks, so taking one sentence out of context from a study about early effectiveness and claiming its not only the major finding of the study but also has anything to do with delaying the second dose is intentional disinformation.
Since we gave the good shit to the old, the mrna stuff, they have to get a 2nd shot of MRNA vaccine. The stuff that Biden is sending over is the AZ that they do not want, so the younger people including me will get the AZ vaccine.

We can say no to the AZ vaccine that way it looks like we are putting more effort into protecting the old people but only superficially. It has nothing to do with the drug, his about human reactions to the drug. The manufacturer has no reason to incentive to deviate from the tested and certified regime. Don't you get this?
The manufacturer gets paid for two doses regardless of days them insisting 21 days will not result in any additional financial gain the government on the other hand has plenty to gain popularity wise the faster they get vaccine approved

Everyone and the pharmaceutical understands that the second shot should be given 2 to 3 weeks to get full coverage. 4 months is a gamble, your idea that we had decades of study of the vaccine is ridiculous, they just made it a year ago. You'll say anything to defend the Groper, you lose any coherence.
All vaccines work in a similar manner to build an immune response. The science on Immunology is decades old even though it evolves. The 21 day period was selected as it was the shortest interval and would therefore result in the shortest trial time and quickest time to market. It had NOTHING to do with being the BEST option. Finding the best option will come from studying the data from the field usage. Single dose is the best decision for the nation and for circummstances. Look at the outcomes in the UK (single dose) and USA (21day double dose) and see how much better the UK has done with the same number of doses per capita.

You don't think if the pandemic ends people will blow off the 2nd dose? I probably will. You don't think alternatives for 2nd dose will be approved (they are already testing this). The govt gains by ending the pandemic faster. BTW the single dose decision has been made at the PROVINCIAL level. NACI only said they support it. Quebec and BC started even before NACI approved it. So saying Trudeau is somehow responsible is the view of a deranged mind.

Yeah, incredible. Most of the states are open or in the process of reopening, they are now offering vaccines to tourists. Meanwhile in Ontario they had a great announcement for Peel- come and get it!(as long as the 60k doses in our fridges last- we should get more on Monday). Fuck America, we're doing great (because the media said so)

you cant get a second shot for 4 months in Canada but you can in the 21-28 days in the US as per the manufactures but Canada is catching up? we are months behind
