About fifteen years ago I bought all three seasons of BPPD on DVD from Ocnus Productions through expressmedia dot ca, a company I found through a link on the show's Wikipedia page, (no longer working, but the page was saved by the wayback machine from archive dot org). I think the company primarily sold shipping and handling, and they made a copy of the DVD only when someone contacted them to order it. The disks themselves have blank white labels, and two episodes were out of sequence. The time between when the order was placed with credit card payment and when I received them from Canada Post was five days.
