They had everything under control before December. So I guess the fact they went through the start of the pandemic March to December 2020 when they were not in summer is even more impressive.

The many flights from Delhi did not help - look at the disaster there now - think of Brampton - total mess with more than 22% infected - they either deliberately faked Covid negative tests prior to boarding or the tests themselves were invalid. How else to explain so many infections let loose in Brampton and GTA?
