How soon will you hobby post vaccination?

Yes I know some people (covidiots) carried on regardless. Whatever, cant fix stupid. For the more intelligent terbites who are waiting to get back in, will you start up once vaccinated or still hold back. From what I have read, the vaccines take at least 21 days (or more) to build up inside you, also there isnt substantial evidence yet to show that you arent a spreader even if vaccinated.

For those of us in the "older" group, we could be good to go by June, so mass hobbying or cautious trickle?

I think I will go in slowly as more and more become vaccinated. I have to think many SP's and massage places will advertise fully vaccinated to draw business.

I take care of a family member. The sole care giver. I am hoping that when they get called for the vaccine, I can get one as well based on that care.

I do have to admit, I am surprised we have not heard of one case of COVID within the industry. No outbreaks at an agency or spa, no Indy passing it around.

I mean maybe we wouldn’t hear but I think we would have. At least on TERB. And nothing.

Already looking into new motors for the boat and scouting new areas in the Kawartha’s.

My dad has been watching fishing shows all winter, making notes. Every weekend he calls me to tell me some new tip he learned.

I tell him, “I caught a 40+inch Muskie off a bass rod with a 12lb line, wacky worm, small bass hook and no leader line or anything. I don’t need tips. I’m a fishing goddess!”

He laughs and I wait until next weekend to tell him again. LOL. He can’t wait to get on the water and try to beat me.

I don’t know how we are going to top last years fishing.

I'll give you my take on it albeit far from scientific. LOL

I suspect most of the ladies that have worked through the pandemic have at some point knowingly or unknowingly contracted COVID. Mostly being young probably had minor symptoms or if sick stayed home during the illness phase of the virus. These ladies today are immune from the virus for the time being. The Johns who were infected would never ever let out where they suspect they caught it therefore it would not be traced back. Again, just my unprofessional opinion.

I only saw 3 sp's since beginning of pandemic. I find the number of good looking agency sps charging $160hh/$250h is very low to pick from. The good looking ones are charging premium compared to covid.

I am getting my first dose of vaccine next week. but I am going to save my cash until the supply and demand market is more balalanced.

Why would that surprise you? Hobbying is illegal. Anyone contracting covid isn't going to advertise that they got it.

Fact is, every working girl and hobbyist visiting them likely contracted covid. You should be well aware of how covid works by now. Spreads fast, affects almost no one.

As an older man you're doing exactly as you should. Get vaccinated then get back out there. But the rest of our lives shouldn't be put on hold for you.

I don’t think people would report to the government but I think it would have been brought up here. Maybe not publicly but the PM system would be going nuts and you would have heard something.
