Totally justified, goof was resisting arrest. That was a "Love Tap" to get his attention.

Dumb fuck'n bitch was shouting "Excessive Force" before the love tap, what a "Snow Flake" , LOL!

When a cop says you are under arrest, you comply with his instructions!, even if you are truly innocent of any infraction, everything will get straightened out.

What’s funny to me is if something like this happened to you, the first thing you’d do is run to a lawyer to start a lawsuit.

If a police officer beat the shit out of you in the middle of the street you wouldn’t take it for 1 second, but want others to accept it.

I would never put myself in a position/give a reason where a cop would beat me.

Supposedly there's video missing where the kid was forcefully resisting arrest.
I dont know if thats true though.
It looks like a busy street, so maybe there's CCTV footage??

Officer: Put your hands behind your back and roll over.

Also Officer: Do this while I put all my body weight on your chest and restrict your arm movements.
Cop was on the perp because he was waiting for back up officer to arrive.

Have you ever tried to arrest someone that did not wanted to be placed under arrest?

Well I have, it's not an easy thing to do, you end up sitting on them until backup arrives.

Was the kid wanted for murder or something heinous?

LE generally use force not to enforce the law, but to intimidate.

I’m fully aware the police officers command is just to cover his ass.

It say a lot about you because you know that’s what he’s doing but you still see nothing wrong,

A cop doesnt just tackle you to the ground for no reason. There was a series of commands that this goof failed to follow before the situation escalated.
Cop was justified in what he did.
When a cop tells you that you are under arrest it's not a debate.

I'm glad the suspect wasn't black or our city would be burning

.

A Barrie police officer assaulted a 20 year old boy for skateboarding across the street on a red-light then smashes his head against the concrete, pistol whips him and says “im gonna light you up”

It was pure police intimidation. Nothing else

The video starts too late to see what the reason for the arrest was but the cop did assault the guy after backup arrived.
He slammed his head to the ground and slapped his face out of frustration.
That is the very definition of police brutality.

I've looked at it from another camera angle, cop did not smash his head on the ground, he slapped him across the back of the head, head's momentum resulted in head making slight contact with the asphalt.

The goof did not require any medical attention.

I’d love to see how you would react when police officers kick open the room door, twist you into a pretzel and then ask you to stop resisting.
I’m sure when they slam you into the ground you will say “thank you sir”.
Yeah I’d immediately start resisting cuz I always wanted to find out how tasers work
