Another "I told you so" from months ago where I was arguing our stats were far worse than other countries (eg the hated Trump regime to the south) but our media blindly cheered Trudope on

The tide is turning

Amiga why are you consistently opposite to the facts, common known knowldge, and common sense. I see you still haven't understood the difference between higher and lower numbers :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Only a completely oblivious COVIDIOT and uneducated/irrational person would think "our stats were far worse than other countries (eg the hated Dickstain regime of the south)"

Here is Canada's numbers Vs USA

--------------------------Canada--------------------USA
Cases----------------774,000-------------------26,600,000
Deaths---------------19,930---------------------450,000
Cases/Mln---------20,421---------------------80,202
Deaths/Mln--------525--------------------------1,355

Let's see if your bandwidth allows you to understand which numbers are worse, let's also see how long it takes if you ever figure it out. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

So you didn't read article (which clearly stated sources) and are now weighing in with YOUR personal interpretation of data
...
Your article doesn't post any data. Did you read it?

It refers to an Australian think tank. If you do go to their site, you will see that Canada has been well above the US the entire time.

And it is indisputable that Canada's infection rate and death rate are far better than the states.

Chretien UNDID everything that Mulroney did
So even if I accept at face value your assertion that Mulroney did any damage, Chretien undid said damage after the fact
And then made it worse
It must be nice to live in your world where you can just pull facts out of your ass and present them like it's reality. Did you attend Trump University at some point in your life?

I dont think these numbers can be taken at face. For once there is a huge difference in population density between canada and USA and proximity matters when it comes to spread. WE are a country with a population equivalent to the state of california, we should have been able to get covid under control now.

It's not like I included the per capita numbers in large font and bolded it for the COVIDIOTS to understand :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

The vast majority of covidiots are clueless when it comes to covid
They huddle at home wearing masks afraid to go outside

The rest of the world has returned to normal but as they never step foot outside they fail to notice it

Normal eh, AGAIn only in TJ's world.

I would like to see you go for a sit down dinner at the Keg, maybe a nice steak?

How about a haircut at your dumbass hairdressers in St. Catherine's who were fined and also a customer fined as well. Did you donate to the Rebel News Go Fund me bullshit for the lawyers they need to hire to fight all these tickets?

Normal eh....HAHAHAHA wow, so downright delusional it's funny to see.

I dont think you understand how population density effects the spread of covid. Here are some scientific links to understand the impact. Your R increases as your probability of being in contact with people increases. There are other studies which says that covid is not correlated to population density, but in all of those studies you will find a significant correlation between crowding and covid. Its unfortunate a lot of those studies dont move ahead to see the correlation between population density and crowding but i am sure its common sense. Anyways we can be happy with the shody government performance and feel good but thats not going to help us in the long run. The system needs an overall and questions need to be asked.

Btw, USA is the worse performing state. As a developed country we should look up to new zealan, australia, south korea which did a much better job than be happy with inconsequential comparisons.

I don't think you understand the effects of not following preventive measures does on the spread of COVID.

Toronto's populatin density is not much different than Houston, matter of fact population is very similar too yet in the good ole Houston of US of Texas one is 4X more likely to catch COVID.
Comparing Canada to the likes of South Korea or New Zealand is to ignore the societal norms differences we have in comparison to them, the general population in those countries belief in doing whats for the greater good of their respective communities is far better than ours.
When it comes to sociological makeups which also has a significant effect on the spread of the Coronavirus we have much more in common to our neighbours down south than any other country in the world.
As I've said it numerous times most of what we are seeing is a reflection of the selfish COVIDIOT Canadian's who do not understand their actions are effecting other people's health. #whataboutme goofs.

This is the kind of justification of what third world countries give for their covid response. Very close to justifications coming out of India and Brazil.

BTW do you know that india has already vaccinated more than 3 mil ? Surely we have more resources than India and we should be looking at this number starkly.

Do they refuse to actually look at data too? I think you're just upset that people went beyond the opinion piece you posted and instead looked at the source data.

That loser leader of Brazil who unfortunately didn’t croak from the Coronavirus followed the steps of The Great Dickstain by claiming COVID was a hoax and nothing more than the flu.

If Trudeau had taken any different steps the same bunch of clowns would have complained about the steps he would have chosen, not because they are wrong but because Trudeau is the one who choose the steps.
Canada decided to place PO’s for the vaccines from all the pharmaceutical companies for 2 main reasons.
1. They didn’t want to gamble and beholden to the R & D of one company which if they had people like you would have complained about it too.
2. Because they did not want to overpay like some countries have for the vaccines which again if he had people like you would have complained about it too.

So in other words Justin can't win the hearts and minds of the alt-righties no matter what he does! What if he offered to pay for 2-hour sessions with escorts of their choice, do you think they would then say, "wow, Justin's a good PM", probably not. LMAO

Your own numbers disprove your own nonsense

Since you want to discuss Houston / Texas vs Toronto / Ontario

Ontario pop = 14.5 milion
Texas pop = 29 million
(and lets be honest Texas has WAY more undocumented Mexicans so pop is considerably higher)

Ontario covid death = 6,400
Texas covid death = 9,500

6,400 / 14.5 = .0441
9,500 / 29 = .0327

So despite having nowhere near the insane lockdowns we had, people in Texas less likely to die than people in Ontario
And Texas gets TONS of spring breakers last year

Texas stats will be even lower due to thousands of Mexicans as well
So where exactly do you pull Texas 4X more likely to get covid from?

(The DEM STATES such as Cali & NY are by far the worse Covid states)

Not overpay for vaccines? seriously :D. We were going to source 60mil+ doses of vaccines enough to vaccinate population twice. May be we could have paid double the price for a vial and vaccinated 30 mil.

He did both and where are the vaccines now? Wingers are the worst thing that can happen to a democracy. When you are a leader leading a nation you are not allowed to do as many mistakes as the rest of population. Trudeau is a media love child but that is not helping anyone. Thankfully the media has begun to call him out now.

Article is written by Scott Gilmore, who is a Canadian social entrepreneur, former Canadian foreign services officer, and writer who is known for founding the non-profit Building Markets and as an advocate for capitalist expansion in the international development and charity sectors.
Check the top left of the article, it is above the title, says "opinion".
I will take these types of "opinions" from someone with a science base rather than someone with experience in the business sector.
Our stats could have been much worse.
But I will agree, our countries handling of the pandemic so far has been less than stellar than other countries.

Looks like Texas has 38,000 deaths, so the rate will be about 4x higher than Ontario by the rest of your numbers.
