I have been trying to find a hotel that offers more than the standard bed and shower and not looking for an hourly seedy motel.

Looking for something along the lines of light BDSM I guess. Something with handcuffs, sex swing and any other fun sex furniture.

I found the Tokyo love hotel but doesn't seem to have enough from what I can see.

Sounds like what you are looking for it not available as of yet. Maybe mention those things to the Love Hotel and that may offer them in the future. I just worry about cleanliness in a place like that.

Hmm I do not believe you can find a motel/hotel like establishment that features those kind of extras

Your best bet is waiting till places like M4/ Oasis aqualounge open again

Another option could be seeing who is hosting a kink friendly/fetish friendly event at an undisclosed location
