As a matter of fact, I AM a vegan gluten-free carbon-net-zero person. And I think it would be great if smokers and drinkers had to bear the cost of their impact on the health care system. Not sure I'd keep people driving diesel cars from getting health care, though. Perhaps just pay extra for polluting the environment. A carbon tax would suffice.
