Best place to live in Canada to live the "Playboy Lifestyle" ?

I'm a proud Canadian but if you're going to choose a location to live just purely based on leisure and debauchery I would look outside of Canada.

If money is no object go to a warm international city (i.e. Miami). If your budget is tighter go the Sexpat route in SouthEast Asia or Latin America.

I have been all around the USA and American cities are no match to the Toronto MP/SP scene. Unless you are in Nevada but even then Toronto is cheaper

For casual pick ups the yes, Miami because girls go there to explore their sexuality with a guy they are attracted to and feel safe with as they get away from the small town scene where they are not supposed to explore their sexuality

It is a different sex culture in European countries where such activities are not frowned upon as much as over here. Zoots states it is because, of proper sex ed. I never thought of that but it sounds solid

I agree, although I've never been to Canada it sees to me USA=Casual Pick Ups, Porn Canada: MP/SP.
For sugar dating and nightclubs it might be a tie since it seems like a place like Rebel can provide anything a US venue can and Sugar dating its the same in most places.
There are some big cities in the US where MP is a thing however, they are few and far between and it's usually much more expensive or lower quality. There's also a lack of guys who are organized due to the FOSTA/SESTA law unlike here where there's much more of a community.

I guess I had a different interpretation of what a "Playboy lifestyle" meant, for me having a good climate and weather is a must in that regard.

Seems like what the OP is looking for is just an affordable city in Canada to seeing escorts for a couple weeks. In that case i'd vote Montreal since its slightly less expensive and the girls are a bit better looking on average IMO (fewer fat chicks)

I would say the best city for pick up girl in North America is Las Vegas just because sheer number of night clubs and girls coming to Vegas to party and get fucked and go back home being a good girl. I disagree - I grew up in Vancouver. IMO Toronto has WAAAAY more energy, vibe, better sports teams and fans, eclectic restaurants, hotter women ... I could go on and on. Superior city in every way - and I am a Vancouverite!!! I consider myself a Torontonian now though. Been here over 15 years and will not be gong back. I love the 6ix.

Vancouver is a nice place to retire - mountains and ocean - sure - but the city has no heart or soul.

I'd go with Montreal. Women there are stunning and they have a vibrant social, bar and restaurant scene. Parts of Old Montreal look like Europe - even going on a short weekend stay feels like a quick trip to France.

I live and work in Toronto. My parents live half the year in Vancouver and the other half the year Markham. In my humble opinion Toronto is great in comparison to Vancouver. Both cities are expensive when it comes to real estate and cost of living.
