There are rumors that Trump is faking COVID19 so he can win the election. How likely, or easy for him to fake it?
Also, as an idiot in politic, why would that help him to win elections in anyway? All i see are people online making fun of him for not wearing mask and stuff. He might be some pity votes, but dont think that would be enough to win him an election.

1) Its a hoax
2) if not a hoax, the democrats infected him when he was last tested.
In that case it makes the base mad, and makes the vote and stop/kill those who might vote against them. Voting day will proably be the most violent in the last 50 years
It allows Trump to sit out of debates (which are a failure) and avoid being viable. Trump from his advisors point of view will cause him to lose the election. The same has been said of Biden. Both candidates are best not saying anything or so the theory goes.
In the case of Trump, Fox news has a narrative to help him. Chris Wallace gave Trump two win win questions (when he said, Mr. President this question will make you very happy) but Trump dropped the ball. Trumps propaganda machine does better when Trump appears little - at least that's one theory.
A variation of theory is that Trump supporters are a maximum loyalty, Trump can only go down from here. This is similar to many politicians when they "peak" and all would like a reason to stop at that point (or call an election like BC, but with a good reason)
Other fake theories is that Trump wants an excuse to quit which will get me a pardon for his crimes. Old sick dying Trump will be the get out jail card.
Even if not a hoax, all the above could come into play. Both sides will try to spin it either way.
