Black Panther star passed away way too young at 43 from colon cancer. Guys get your colon and prostate checked when you reach 40. I should start doing it.

That is so sad, he was a really talented actor and will be sorely missed. I remember see him last year on TV and he looked skinny, I was thinking he will have to gain back that weight to play Black Panther.

As much as I'm fond of Dartsy, his initial post was disdainful of Mr. Boseman. He continued to work while undergoing treatment and has two films upcoming including a film about the "Mother of the Blues" called "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom"

I wanted to focus on his role as Jackie Robinson in "42". Also, to pay tribute to the real Jackie Robinson on MLB's Jackie Robinson Day. For those who don't know the real Jackie Robinson played one year in Montreal prior to joining the "Boys of Summer" in Brooklyn.
